For Tommy, his best friend Chuckie (who's kind of a fraidycat), and the twins Phil and Lil, every day is an adventure. Especially when Tommy's baby-teasing, doll-torturing three-year-old cousin Angelica is around. Luckily, when the going gets tough, their devoted dog Spike and their baby-sitting Grandpa can usually be counted on to help them out of a jam.
